Important information for CanadaUpdated 23 days ago
As we are not FDA approved or registered in Canada, unfortunately, this means that we run into numerous issues, including shipping large shipments crossing the border and delays in receiving orders.
Canada regulations assess all-natural health products before allowing the product into the county and only allow customers to import a single course of treatment or a 90-day supply (based on the directions for use). This means that orders that are larger than 3 bottles are at risk of being rejected by customs.
We do have customers placing orders more than 3 bottles however there is a substantial risk that it is rejected, or a high custom fee applied. Unfortunately, we cannot advise how much this fee will be (it will depend on the local tax-free threshold) and how long it will take for the customs to process the parcel. Please note that orders that are under 3 bottles can still be inspected by customs and additional taxes can apply.
We recommend contacting your local custom's office for further information.
