When you purchase a MitoQ subscription, we charge your payment method for the first month’s order, then process and dispatch the corresponding order. It then works on a 30, 90 or 180 day cycle based on your selection, going forward. After your initial purchase, you will be charged again 30, 90 or 180 days later, and your corresponding subscription order will be dispatched.
You can update the billing information for your subscription(s) at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the ‘Subscription billing details’ section.
Please note: We can only accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) for our subscription service, and do not currently accept PayPal as a payment method.
