Unfortunately, if you received these as a gift and do not have an order number, we cannot find the order on our system to complete an exchange. It is standard trading practice for vendors to require proof of purchase for refunds or exchanges. If we didn't require this, we would run the risk of accepting items that may have been purchased from a wholesaler or an external seller of MitoQ, and not directly from MitoQ. We hope this provides some clarification.
